All levels of management are responsible and held accountable for providing a safe work environment with proper equipment, procedures, training and programs. We at Enterprise Group, Inc. firmly believe that accidents are preventable.
Enterprise Group Inc. does comply with all applicable federal and provincial regulation and legislation. Any comments, ideas, or suggestions that may improve our safety program are welcomed and should be indicated to your safety department, foremen, superintendents or management.
Maintaining an Accident-Free Workplace
Our goal at Enterprise Group, Inc. is to maintain an accident-free workplace by meeting or exceeding legislated regulation and relevant industry codes and safety practices. We strive to succeed by communicating safe work practices to employees, contractors and subcontractors. We aim to provide leadership, guidance and training programs to prevent loss due to unsafe work practices.
Further, to effectively promote health and safety issues, both at and away from the workplace, all employees must accept this responsibility and provide the support and participation that is essential to meet our goal of maintaining a safe work environment. Our policies and procedures are developed as guidelines for safe work conditions. As a condition of employment these policies and procedures will be strictly adhered to by all employees.
